It was the hottest Saturday of the year for Anna and Michael’s recent Islington Town Hall wedding. By the time I arrived at Anna’s parents’ home, the temperatures were already in the high 20s – and it got hotter from there.
So the Father of the Bride kept cool, going over his speech…
whilst his daughter was getting ready.
Over at the gorgeous Islington Register Office at Islington Town Hall, groom Michael was greeting guests and chatting to his two Best Men, ahead of the imminent ceremony.
Then we headed off to Caledonia Square for a few portraits:
The wedding venue, the Novotel St. Pancreas, had done a beautiful job creating atmosphere through lighting:

And then it was time for the wedding breakfast and speeches.
Then it was time for the newlyweds to start dancing the night away and for me to go home and drink a few litres of water!
