Emma and Chris were married at Mayfair Library a couple of months before our Wedding Portrait Photography session. They had originally contacted me to to photograph their civil wedding ceremony, but I was not available on the day. As it happens, the weather on their wedding day was wet and blustery, and the couple had slightly misjudged how long it would take to complete their chosen group photographs, which means there wasn’t much time left for their couples portraits.
So they got back in touch with me to arrange a return to their wedding venue for a Mayfair Library Wedding Portrait Photography session, moving around some of the locations I might have photographed if I had been there for their actual wedding. The bride and groom get dressed up again in their wedding outfits, with bride Emma looking gorgeous in midnight blue.
We spent an hour enjoying the lovely weather and using Mount Street Gardens and the nearby Mayfair streets to create some lovely post-wedding couples portraits for them. Here is a selection of what we got on the day.
