London is never finer than in the early days of Spring in my opinion, and it certainly put a spring (geddit?) in the steps of bride and groom Donna and Miles at this week’s Spring wedding in Chelsea. Donna and Miles were getting hitched in the Rossetti Room of Chelsea Register Office, with Donna sporting her favourite cowboy boots, not entirely with her mother’s approval, who had probably hoped for a slightly more traditional approach. But Donna and Miles’s fun and quirky manner fitted perfectly with their choice of footwear!
The couple were married in front of their immediate families, with Miles’ British family joining in the Donna’s antipodean tribe. After the ceremony we headed over to St. Luke’s Gardens which were in full Spring bloom. I love the fact that the gardens look different almost every time I come here.
Many congratulations to Donna and Miles, and I look forward to seeing them again at their friends Lisa and Kevin’s wedding later this summer.
