Time for a change of venue, and so I took myself off to Euston Road to provide Mandy and Jeff’s wedding photography at Camden Register Office. Mandy and Jeff had come down to London from Leeds with their immediate family in tow, and were going to celebrate their wedding with a luxury stay in London, including a lovely afternoon tea and a visit to the theater.
It was a crips sunny autumn day and we really couldn’t have asked for a nicer day. Mandy looked glorious in her pink suit and matching fascinator, or as we call it in my family, her “fabulizer!”. Jeff too, looked splendid in his coattails and matching pink cravatte.
The whole wedding party were so full of joy and humour, and I can honestly say, I don’t remember the last time I laughed as much and as hard at a wedding. Things got a little emotional during the ceremony – I have to say I’m a sucker for a groom who sheds a tear… and then we were be back to plenty of laugher. We didn’t have a lot of time left after the ceremony for informal portraits, but we still managed to have a little wander up the street, to capture the atmosphere of London.
