Delivery
Prints:
Standard delivery is via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. We send all our images to be printed by a professional photographic lab and aim to dispatch your print order within 10 working days.
Digital Files:
Your digital file orders will be uploaded ready for download within 2 working days of purchase. Rush orders may be available subject to prior arrangement.
Prices:
Product prices are in pounds sterling and VAT is not applicable. Product prices shown do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges are as shown in the shopping cart. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Copyright:
In accordance with the Copyright, Designs & Patents Act 1988, the copyright of all images created by YBPHOTOGRPAHIC LTD is owned by YBPHOTOGRAPHIC LTD. Images and photo products may not be copied, published or reproduced in any form without written permission from YBPHOTOGRAPHIC LTD. Digital Files are accompanied by an unlimited non-commercial reproduction release, meaning you are permitted to copy, print or share the files as much as you like, providing you do not do so for financial gain.
Cancellation:
Due to the bespoke nature of photographic printing, your order cannot be cancelled once sent to the processors for printing.
Returns and Refunds:
The Colour settings and the type of your computer monitor that you use to view your image have an influence on the perception of how your image should look. You should be aware that images viewed in the majority of web browsers are not colour accurate, and that prints may look slightly different from how you see them on your screen. There is also a variation between different paper types.
Since we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor, we will not accept colour reproduction as a valid reason for return. Due to the bespoke status of these products, items that are delivered as described and in good condition may not be returned.
If any item in your order appears to be damaged / faulty please return them within 7 days in the original packaging. If damage is proven a replacement will be supplied. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting replacement orders, which have been especially produced to meet your personal requirements.
