The blog is running a little bit behind, so it’s been a couple of weeks now since Letizia and Andrea tied the know at St. Saviour’s Church in Pimlico with the lovely Reverend Matthew Woodward officiating (who is now officially my favourite vicar in London!).
First off, though, Letizia was getting ready in the couple’s nearby flat in the company of her sister, mother and oldest friend.
And the bride looked stunning in her amazingly feather light Spose di Gio dress.
Time was a little dynamic in the morning, and Andrea was certainly ready for his bride to arrive for the ceremony.
It’s the first time I’ve seen the vicar making sure he got a shot for the parish blog of the bride and groom after the ceremony – on his iPhone no less! The coolest vicar yet, for sure.
After church we popped into St. George’s Square for a couple of shots of the newlyweds…
… before heading off towards King’s Road for the celebrations at the Bluebird Cafe.
The couple made a grand entrance into the meal.
And after the meal there was PLENTY of dancing.
After the bouquet toss, it was time for the couple to thank their friends and say goodbye.
Best wishes to Letizia and Andrea!
