And the bride wore black! Rock’n’Roll Chelsea Wedding.

A bride in pink and groom in black leather jacket take selfies as they throw confetti at themselves after their elopement wedding ceremony in the Rossetti Room.
I just love the variety of shooting weddings at Chelsea Register Office – and for this super stylish Chelsea wedding, the bride wore black! As did the groom. Lucy and Bob looked super cool with Bob in his black leather jacket, and Lucy offsetting her black dress with a beautiful baby pink coat. The perfect look for getting married in King’s Road!

And to add a splash of colour, the couple asked Chelsea Pensioners John and Godfrey to be their witnesses during the intimate wedding ceremony in the Rosetti Room. The ceremony might have been quick, but it was nontheless emotional with both the bride and groom in tears during their vows.

The confetti throw presented some challenges for Chelsea Pensioner Godfrey, being at least a foot shorter than our groom Chris. After the Chelsea chaps had left, the couple couldn’t resists a wedding selfie for their facebook friends, before we set off for their portraits in the park.

Many congratulations to Bob and Lucy!
