The final blog post for 2014 once again features wedding photography at Chelsea Old Town Hall, just like the first post of the year – I’ve come full circle once more on a wonderful year of wedding photography at Chelsea Old Town Hall / Chelsea Register Office, whilst not forgetting the other lovely London Register Offices.
I’ve had a great year full of really lovely clients (and thankfully very few rainy days), and I’m so glad that I specialise in these intimate register office weddings, as I love the huge variety of clients and types of celebrations I get the privilege to be a part of.
Stefanie and Luke’s New Year’s Eve wedding celebration was a great event to finish off the year with. We started with bridal preparations at the super stylish The Kensington Hotel, where gorgeous American-Italian bride Stefanie was having her hair and make-up done with her best friend, and her parents.
I then met up in reception with lucky groom Luke, and travelled to Chelsea Old Town Hall with him and his best man, ready for the pre-ceremony interview. The civil ceremony was short and sweet as usual, but the couple had arranged for a little bit of extra time afterwards, so we could enjoy the sunshine and visit a few different locations for their wedding portraits, before heading off to their wedding lunch at famous Mayfair Italian Cecconi’s, where I left them to enjoy the rest of their day.
What a great way to finish the year – and many congratulations to Stefanie and Luke.
